Sushi Bar

The Sushi Bar is at the heart of the Ozumo dining experience. Situated adjacent to the Main Dining Room, this virtual dining theater can seat 22 guests for either lunch or dinner. Patrons can enjoy dishes from the sushi/sashimi menu or order from the full menu, including omakase style. The floor behind the Sushi Bar is situated slightly lower to allow guests to experience the traditional style of sitting eye to eye with the sushi chefs as they prepare inspired compositions from the freshest selection of ingredients.
